(Nursing) counseling centers for inclusion in the database are:

1. Care support points (according to § 7c SGB XI)
2. Care counseling centers in public sponsorship
.
3. Care counseling centers under the auspices of welfare associations (non-profit associations)
4. Care counseling by care service providers (under the following conditions):
   • Counseling must go beyond § 37 para 3 and § 45a SGB XI
   .

For all counseling services applies:

• nonprofit nature,
• separate counseling staff (personal contact person(s)) and
.
• separate premises must be available.
